I/We (“the Applicant(s)”) understand that INDIABUILD PREMISES PVT LTD (the "Company") has invited submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) for the purchase of residential site/plot(s) in its real estate project “THE IMPERIAL ADDRESS”

By submitting this expression of interest, together with the amount payable, I/we confirm my/our interest in purchasing site/plot(s) as per choice(s) mentioned above, on terms and conditions stated in this EOI, the allotment letter (if allotment is confirmed) and the agreement of sale.

I/We understand that this EOI is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Submission and acceptance of this EOI does not, in itself, confer or create any rights in my/our favour, and shall not be construed as a confirmation of allotment in my/our favour. Acceptance and/or rejection of this EOI is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.

Facilities and Amenities in the Project shall be described in the agreement to sell and I/we agree that all plans/layout shown are artistic impressions and/or digital renderings that do not represent what the Project will look like once fully completed.

I/We hereby authorize INDIABUILD PREMISES PVT LTD to present and encash the Cheque/Demand Draft enclosed along with the EOI.

I also understand that if I/we decide to withdraw this EOI prior to signing of an application form or the date of issue of allotment letter in my/our favor whichever is earlier, the Company shall refund the amount paid by me/us in full, without interest, within a period of 30 days from the date the Company receives my/our written withdrawal of this EOI.

Consequent upon such refund, the Company stands absolved of all liability to me/us in relation to this EOI.

I/We hereby submit our EOI to be part of allotment of site/plot(s) indicated above in the Project as and when the Company commences the process of allotment in the normal course of business.

I/We do understand that the selection and allotment of site/plot(s) is subject to availability & final confirmation from the Company, and allocation of such site/plot(s) will be at the sole discretion of the Company.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, return the EOI along with the cheque(s)/amount paid by me/us, without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The number of site/plot(s) released for sale by the Company shall be determined by the Company at its sole discretion.

I/we agree and acknowledge that submission of this EOI does not guarantee the allotment of one or more site/plot(s) to me/us.

Plots will be allotted basis the pre-determined IPRO allotment process, subject to customers fulfilling all eligibility criteria to qualify for such allotment.

If I/we intend to apply for a bank loan to finance the purchase of site/plot(s), my/our eligibility for such loan shall be determined solely by the relevant bank.

All additional charges/fees are payable at actuals at the time of possession will be stated in the agreement for sale between the parties.

Any changes in offerings/communication will be updated on the website.

All client communications shall be address through Email/SMS

Nothing contained in this EOI shall constitute an offer, contract, advertisement or booking as understood and defined under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and relevant state rules thereunder.

All legal disputes are subjected to Bangalore Jurisdiction

If by any means we are unable to establish contact with the bidder, the unit shall be allocated to next prospective bidder

If the withdrawal is initiated after the Unit allotment intimation, the cancellation request cannot be considered for any refunds.

Applicant(s) expressly waives his/her/their right to file, make or institute any complaint or claim under the said Act, or seek any redressal or remedy under any provisions of the said Act or before any authority or tribunal established under the said Act.

I/We hereby confirm that I/we have read these terms and conditions and by signing the EOI, either directly or through a representative, confirm and convey our acceptance of these terms and conditions.
