Pawan has over 27 years of experience in Real Estate, Investing, Business Strategy and Technology Consulting. His ardent instinct, diligence and experience have enabled him to transform ADDRESS MAKER into a successful professionally run Real Estate developer in Bengaluru. His attention to detail and hands on approach on all aspects of the company from planning to design to business development, has ensured successful completion of real estate projects even in a challenging environment.

 

In his previous role as Investment Partner with Piramal Fund Management, Pawan was responsible for leading, mentoring and monitoring Private Equity real estate investments in South India. Before moving to India, he worked for IBM in London where he was responsible for developing business strategies for several European and Middle Eastern clients in the financial services sector. Prior to his MBA, Pawan worked for the Global Equities division of Deutsche Bank, Singapore, as a Business and Technology Analyst. He was a summer intern with Corporate Strategy Group of The World Bank, Washington D.C., during his MBA.

 

Pawan is a fitness enthusiast – he has successfully completed Full and Half Iron Triathlons which are widely considered to be the most difficult one day sporting events in the world.

 

Pawan did his BTech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from University of Oxford, UK.
